SAPIENS AS A BASIS FOR RAISING CONTENT

elBullifoundation has used Sapiens as the basis for proposing the contents of various exhibitions such as "Auditing the creative process" (2014), "Eating Knowledge" (2015) and "Sapiens. Understanding to create" (2016)

AUDITING THE CREATIVE PROCESS

An exhibition, inaugurated in October 2014, about the leaders, the resources, the creative culture of the team, the process, all the elements that led elBullirestaurante to develop a disruptive and innovative creative system for more than two decades. A narrative based on the creative system of elBullirestaurante, which has become the seed of LABulligrafia.

Auditing the creative process was not a gastronomic exhibition, but a journey in which the viewer was immersed in the creative universe of Ferran Adrià, in a space of almost 1.000 m2 dedicated to unraveling their creative process and the interpretation of the elBulli model, with which the visitor was invited to reflect on their own creative profile.

EAT KNOWLEDGE

Documentary directed by Luis Germano and produced by Paramount Chanel and Fundación Telefónica, which was filmed continuously on February 19, 2015, as an experience-experiment designed within the framework of the exhibition “Ferran Adria: Auditing the Creative Process".

In this documentary it is narrated the experience of eight diners around a table in the old elBullirestaurante, reproduced in the Espacio Fundación Telefónica where the exhibition was taking place.

They interacted with a conceptual tasting menu, at the same time that they learned from the hand of Ferran Adrià how the creative process of elBullirestaurante developed. The documentary participated in the “Culinary Zinema: Cinema and Gastronomy” section of the 63rd San Sebastián Film Festival.

SAPIENS. UNDERSTAND TO CREATE

When the Sapiens methodology had already been developed as a research methodology that can be applied to any subject, the first time it was publicly explained was in an exhibition at the Cosmocaixa in Barcelona.

This exposition, which we used as a test, allowed us to see the difficulty of explaining Sapiens. To make the connection with the audience easier, we resorted to several elements, most related to the kitchen, such as the bread with tomato or the classification and taxonomy of all unprocessed products.

An exhibition held at the Cosmocaixa in Barcelona from November 15, 2016 to May 31, 2017.
