A project led by AECOC, the Association of Manufacturers and Distributors, and developed together with Thinknovate, spin-off of elBullifoundation specialized in management and innovation, which applies the Sapiens methodology to the study of the channel food delivery in order to connect and generate knowledge that will be shared with its partners and related sectors through value-added activities and services.

Information about the food delivery it was very dispersed and disaggregated. The application of the Sapiens methodology in this project has allowed the current and future scenario to be analyzed and deepened from a 360º and holistic perspective.

The Sapiens of Delivery addresses all the agents of this ecosystem of the food delivery, from the major brands of restoration, distribution and manufacturers, to technology platforms, entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs in the sector, where they can find the accumulated knowledge of this activity, as well as the key aspects for its profitability and sustainability.
